Oh wonder!! YouTube has now decided to force an unwanted new system on us users, changing the profile page from the easy to use old one!
No consideration, and taking no account of the 6,000 complaints on its blog!!
Is this company trying to commit suicide, or merely trying to cut the number of users? They shall succeed in both cases if they carry on ignoring the people who made them big.

YouTube the biggest gaff.
YouTube has learning difficulties apparently.
Last March they posted a blog on their website telling of a new phase of operation; namely they are freezing the view counts of those they consider to be deliberately manipulating those counts, and they remain frozen until the actual count catches up with the "manipulated"one.
But, wait! why have some of MY counts been frozen, and what about the almost 2,000 replies to their blog who deny such underhandedness?
These people are morons if they think that this shall be tolerated; they ignore all requests to have this problem looked at again, and an email address at the top of the blog is not a real one. Write to it and get the usual list of YouTube so-called "Help" pages, which are no use at all. Finding ANYONE or any address to make a complaint to on YouTube is impossible, and it's a frustrating task looking; going round and round and round and round to eventually get back to where you first started.
What it needs is for a MASS evacuation of users from that site, or for someone, or many, to actually go round and see to them at their California office.
Here's a copy of a letter sent to the editor@youtube.com
The non-answer I may place here also:
Dear Madam.
I have been reading your editor's blog about this subject of so-called "manipulated viewcounts, and made a few contributions to that blog, noticing at the same time, many disgruntled and indeed furious other members' notes.
Judging by the number of posts to that blog, and the time since it was first placed on line, do you not think it time to address members' concerns, and take another look at this?
I have had two videos which seem to have been deliberately slowed-down or count arrested in the last few weeks.
I am NOT manipulating my videos at all, and if your robot detects my Web browser, screen size, and IP address when I first upload, then it is because of Edits of the side-panel notes, and the adding of annotations, each time that an edit of both is made it is necessary to look at the video again, and after an annotation is completed an invitation to view the video is given at the top of the screen.
There is also no harm or malicious intent to view one's own video to test for playback quality of sound and speed, and some choppiness has been noted on some videos. I think it high-time that this problem is addressed and your own robot given an overhaul to look for real spamming, etc.
I uploaded a new video lasting just over seven minutes last Sunday: it has proved popular and the count was high. Now it has been arrested at 311, which seems to be a nominal number for other users too. This must change, and I shall not be uploading any more at all until this is sorted out. Maybe treating users badly, so they delete their accounts or no longer upload to YouTube is what it is all about.
The video in question and I know that MANY have viewed it:

YouTube Frustration..
Anyone ever TRIED to contact YouTube and get a human-being responding to your note?
Don't bother they aren't interested.
Even trying their new forums is fraught with ever increasing anger as one keeps getting: "sign in to your Google account" to post/ join or whatever.
Okay, so you do that; then you get another message: "Sorry you have to sign-in with your Youtube account". Okay, so I friggin' did that too, then it tells you to sign-in with your Google account, well fuck me I thought I already had!! So I sign-in AGAIN, then it tells you to sign-in to your YouTube; but WAIT!! I've signed-in to both already what the hell is going on here do these Dopes want anybody to join their forums and tell them how BAD their so-called "customer services/support" is?
Trying to get an ANSWER to ANYTHING from these Robots is impossible for any question.
"We will not send you a (E-mail) reply if your question has already been covered in the Help section"
So why haven't YouTube sent me a reply to a question asked THREE Times which is NOT covered by their so-called "help" section?
AAARRRGH.I'm losing my hair trying to get a fucking answer from these assholes, well maybe they are too busy replying to Viacom's questions?
That company seems to be the only one to actually GET an answer from YouTube.

Viacom v YouTube
So Viacom, with its cohorts Disney etc., are launching an action against YouTube.
Well I say BOO HOO to Viacom! I shed no tears for them at all.
YouTube is perhaps the most progressive video-sharing site, and if these anonymous little men insist on pressing their action, then they are pressing it against not just YouTube users, but anyone using the net.
It is clearly an attempt to limit freedom; after all who really cares, other than these petty-minded, if a small video clip of 10 minutes or under is posted for all to see?
Dear me, these people are losing SO much money from this piracy, the mind positively boggles!
I say that if anyone thinks they have copyrighted stuff of theirs uploaded without permission, and they object to that, then I would advise them to press the "Flag" button which is located under every YouTube video: It's EASY!
In my experience, musicians especially are glad to see their work on YouTube. Viewers can hear and see these vids and actually like them enough to go to the store and buy the complete work.
Such videos get to places where they have never been heard, or they are unknown. YouTube helps them to further their interests, not hinder them.
I for one shall note which DVDs, or other media have the Viacom label on them, and not buy them.
LATER:
**You may wish to see the further posts about YouTube, and the anger that they are creating with some very unfair practices manifest.
It may also seem, according to some, that YouTube are the ones at fault when having dealings with companies like Viacom.

The Eurovision Fit -up contest....
After watching this charade which passes for a "contest" I wonder whether any Western-European country should EVER bother to even attempt to enter it in future?
The word got around that Russia was going to win, and what do you know? Russia won, A FIX!
This "contest" is not about how good a song actually IS, but is more about voting for your buddies in neighbouring countries, particularly if they happen to be in Eastern-Europe.
Political voting is making a mockery of what the contest used to be about, and as usual in recent years, the UK came bottom, with 14 points. At least that was better than in previous years when we got none at all, despite being better than anything from most of the other contestants.
This year, some of these "Songs" defied description, but GARBAGE would seem the apt word to use. Again, the Eastern-European countries (some of them newly joined the EU) vote with their feet for their old oppressors or next-door neighbour countries.
Funny how they were announcing the results in ENGLISH and yes, the winning song from Russia was also sung in ENGLISH!
It is clear, that despite the English language spoken, they hate us, but of course lots of them want to live in Britain, or take the British taxpayers' hard-earned cash via the corrupt European Union. Britain gives BILLIONS to these miscreants.
I vote we LEAVE the European Union, but first offer no more "contestants" to that silly, ridiculous charade called "The Eurovision Song contest". AND other Western-European countries would do well to do the same. Let these Eastern "Europeans" fight it out amongst themselves; without us to humiliate.
I shall no longer bother to watch it, but you can be sure WHO shall get all the points next year, when the contest is held in Moscow.
No contest.
**How is it that Israel enters this 'contest?' I thought it was in the middle-east!

Myleene Klass
Well she maybe a nice-looking woman, but do we really want to see her face plastered all over our TV channels so much?
10 times in one week is a bit too much, and I counted two magazines in my local newsagents with her face on the cover! AND she has a spot on a Classical music station TOO!
This woman is presented as an "expert" on everything. I don't think so. Just tits and a bum which were shown 'adequately' when she was in the Celebrity Big Brother show some time ago.
She has some musical talent; nothing else.
Give us a BREAK TV stations; you must have some other 'worthy' to present your programmes. WHO is promoting this bloody woman anyway??
I switch the friggin; TV off, or change channels whenever she is hoarding the airtime.

The Earth strikes back!
Thousands killed in an Earthquake in China, thousands more in a Cyclone in Burma; a Volcano in Chile which hasn't blown its top for nine thousand years, suddenly decides to do so!
All this within the space of one month. Is the Earth biting back after being raped by the bacteria living on its surface?
We had better wonder, intently.

Their snouts in the trough
What wonderful people British Members of parliament are!
On the one hand they are trying to cut benefits for the sick and disabled, whilst at the same time vote their greedy little selves a pay rise!!
AND not only that, they have tried to stop the taxpayer from knowing just what "Expenses" they can claim: £10,000 for a new kitchen; £750 for a TV and a little less for a HI-Fi system, amongst other items, all for their "second home" Well wouldn't it just be GREAT to have second home too?
These greedy bastards are using the taxpayers' money to feather their own nests, whilst telling us to cut back on our pleasures.
I thought the idea was that MPs were supposed to listen to their constituents not just spend their money and ignore everything the taxpayer demands?
Go and stay in an Hotel Mr or Mrs dishonourable MP., not leech of us.
Oliver Cromwell, come back and help us out, kick these Vultures out of parliament like you did once before!!

Britain's full jails
In the last few days it has been reported that the UK's jails are at bursting point, with the highest ever recorded number of inmates, and only 780 places left.
Is this really a surprise when almost every week we read of people being jailed for years merely for what they have on their computer or who they talk to in a chatroom?
In every instance no physical contact with anyone had been reported.
So what next? Oh yes, it may soon be illegal to pay a woman for sexual favours!
Perhaps a new type of jailbird will be noticed, should that ludicrous law be placed on the statute books. You can bet it ain't men who want it there, but frustrated old cows who haven't seen a dick in years.
We are supposedly a part of Europe, it is only when one travels to places like Amsterdam and Hamburg that we begin to realise just how BACKWARD this bloody country is, and how the full integration with the liberal minded Europeans hasn't really happened.

Malicious allegations and the law.
It has come to my notice that there is a system in this country, the land of "Justice" whereby ANYONE can make a malicious allegation, particularly of a sexual nature, and remain anonymous whilst the supposed "abuser" gets his (usually) name plastered all over the newspapers, thereby running the risk of getting his house trashed by a mob, and his physical safety put at risk.
I have noticed a recent case where a guy moved, presumably to a temporary address, during his trial, and that one too, as well as his usual address, was noted in the newspapers!
NO-ONE should have their name and address shown in any newspaper until they have been found guilty!
There have been many cases where the so-called "witness",
the accuser, has been shown to have a malicious reason for making an accusation, but still remained anonymous to the public: this should change. Perhaps then there shall be a reduction in the frequency of such accusations.
Justice should mean Justice for all , not the minority who would use the system to get at someone else.
Time for change.

Finally....
After a humongous period away from this blog, and I might add through no fault of my own, because of Google fouling things up, I am finally back with so much to talk about.
Lordy, so much has been happening in my life that I don't know where to start. Well, back later!

Police incompetence and cover-ups
I have been paying great attention to the trial(s) of the alleged failed bombers of July 21st 2005. Well what do you know, there are plenty of CCTV images of these Imbeciles trying to explode their useless devices on the trains of the London underground. One even showed an off-duty Firefighter attempting to apprehend one of these guys. Now, isn't it STRANGE that those train cameras were "not working" or "Not switched on" when that Police death squad pumped SEVEN bullets into that innocent Brazilian guy, Jean Charles de Menenzes' head? (excuse me if I've not spelt his name to perfection.
Yeah right.
In this case, as in many others, police murderers get let-off scot free, and now, the daft woman in charge of this "operation" (her name is Cressida Dickhead, oops sorry, Dick,) even got promoted!! Have you noticed how the Metropolitan police seems to be run entirely by women nowadays? That should tell you something, about their faulty intelligence and numerous mistakes.
The people who perpetrated this crime, and I use the word 'people' reservedly, got a holiday, and then also let off. One of the murderers has resumed duty and has killed again!!
What kind of people want to do that job of moving around shooting people to death? I'll tell you; arseholes that know that they can take life with impunity knowing full-well that they shall pay no penalty for it.
Off course people that want to do that job have a personality disorder, and really only want power over others. Many police officers join the service, because they genuinely wish to better society; but many just want the prestige of power. Those that want guns? Psycho cases.
In the meantime, just think of that Brazilian guy's family; all that they have had is cash "compensation" but no justice at all. What a stinking country Britain has become.
Yeah right.

Christina Aguilera is Hot!

I love a lot of unobtainable ladies!
Including this beauty, but Gwen Stefani remains my favourite.
Christina has been a favourite of mine ever since her first record: "Genie in a bottle". She presented a clean wholesome image, rather like that of Britney Spears. But later, with the release of her Album (and video) "Dirrty" she raised my consciousness of her rather :)
She is not only terribly sexy, but has a lack of the self-obsession which other women of her fame and wealth could do well to imitate. Christina is not only a great world-class singer, but is able to turn her hand to modelling; and that includes modelling underwear with a lack of self-consciousness, as she is doing in these two photos.
At one time she had rather skinny legs, and that is noticeable in the "Moulin Rouge" video, but she has nicely filled-out, as you can see from her pics here. :)
Live long and prosper, Christina and may your marriage not end up like so many of your contemporaries have.
All my best wishes and love to you.

Puritanical attitudes to sex
Over the last few days we have been hearing of the murders of three prostitutes, with perhaps, two more dead too; at the moment they are just listed as "missing" (God bless them)
It seems to me, that if this damn stupid government of Britain, didn't keep responding to the puritans in our society (ie: those that shout the most), we may actually see licensed Brothels in this country. This would of course, not only make it easier to relieve one's sexual frustrations, and stop the financial rip-offs of "punters", but would make it safer for the women who give their services. What I am saying is that we should adopt many of the practices of our continental neighbours.
I have no idea what the percentage of murdered licenced sex-workers in mainland Europe is, but I would wager it is less than that of the UK.
BTW I have never used the services of a sex-worker, but I have considered it. If one is honest then it is likely that I am not the only one who has considered it at times.

We must help the people of Darfur
Brit envoy: Darfur options must be eyed
By ANGELA CHARLTON, Associated Press Writer.
UNITED NATIONS - The international community should consider all options — including military intervention — as it mulls how to deal with Sudan's rejection of a U.N. peacekeeping force for war-ravaged Darfur, a top British official said Monday.
Last month, the Security Council passed a resolution that would give the
United Nations' control over a peacekeeping operation in Darfur now run by the African Union. The AU force has been largely ineffective and understaffed because of a lack of funding, and its mandate expires at the end of this month.
Sudan has so far refused to give its consent for the U.N. takeover, stalling the transfer of power.
"The international community is going to have to keep its options open," David Triesman, the British Foreign Office's minister for Africa, told reporters in New York ahead of a
U.N. Security Council' meeting on Sudan later Monday. He added that nothing was being ruled out, and that the situation was nearing a "tipping point."
Asked about the possibility of an international force intervening even if the Sudanese government continues to resist a U.N. peacekeeping force, he said: "There is bound to be a consideration of a range of options if there is no movement."
The Darfur conflict began in early 2003, when ethnic African tribes revolted against the Arab-led government, which was accused of unleashing militiamen blamed for rapes and killings. At least 200,000 people have died and more than 2 million people have been displaced.
The Sudanese government has said a U.N. force would infringe on the country's sovereignty and has offered to send government troops to Darfur instead. Critics say such troops would escalate violence in the region
Sudanese presidential adviser Ghazi Salhuddin Atabani was quoted by Britain's Guardian newspaper Monday as saying that Sudan may agree at an African foreign ministers meeting in New York this week to allow AU troops to remain in Darfur past the deadline at the end of this month.
The African Union's Peace and Security Council had been scheduled to meet Monday in New York to discuss breaking the deadlock, but Britain's U.N. Ambassador Emyr Jones Parry said the meeting was postponed. He did not say why it was postponed or when it might take place.
Atabani said Sudan wanted to consider a plan under which AU peacekeepers remain in Darfur but get help such as helicopters and surveillance technology from Western nations.
Hundreds of thousands of people rallied in cities across the world Sunday to protest the violence and urge world leaders to intervene to resolve it. U.N. Undersecretary-General for Political Affairs Ibrahim Gambari called Darfur the most urgent issue at this week's U.N. General Assembly.
"No issue needs more urgent attention than Darfur. There is no longer any time to waste. When we say 'never again' to genocide and serious human rights abuses, we must mean it," Gambari said.
Triesman warned, however, that anyone considering intervening against the Sudanese government "has got to make the calculation whether more people will be killed and more will be displaced if we do," he said.
With the end of the AU force's mandate less than two weeks away, Triesman said diplomats were focusing on pressing the Sudanese government to accept a U.N. force and a continued African force for the next two or three months, until a U.N. force could be ready.
He suggested that the international community could put together an incentives package to encourage Sudan's cooperation — but not until after it commits to ensuring the full implementation of the May peace agreement with a key rebel group.
That peace pact has sparked months of fighting among rival rebel factions.
In Khartoum on Monday, the Darfur rebel faction that signed on to the May peace deal again urged Sudan's ruling party to allow U.N. peacekeepers in.
French President Jacques Chirac' said Monday that he would make a "solemn appeal" to Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir during the General Assembly meeting. A new catastrophe in Darfur "could destabilize all the countries in the region," Chirac said.
In Geneva on Monday, U.N. Secretary-General
Kofi Annan' urged the United Nations' human rights watchdog to focus its attention on Darfur. Annan has warned that if the 7,000 African Union troops leave and a U.N. force cannot replace them "we are heading for a disaster"
Where are you Mssrs, Bush and Blair? though I acknowledge that you at least, Blair, are calling for "military action" will it come to pass, or shall you let GENOCIDE take place because you are scared of yet another Islamic country (Sudan) chucking bombs at us rather than doing what is right?
You two World leaders want more respect? then DO something positive, like send in 4000 Marines and soldiers to protect these poor people who have been systematically Raped, tortured and KILLED for three years already. Get the troops in you two leaders and for once get some respect for your actions. I am sure that most people will be behind you on this one.

Immigration.
A very topical subject to discuss nowadays, and one which invokes many heated arguments. I heard a part of the Australian Prime minister's "talk" on this, a few days ago; here's the gist of John Howard's thoughts:
"Any immigrant who is prepared to contribute to the prosperity of this country is welcome; however we are not prepared to change or alter our heritage, culture, or way of life for you.
If you are not prepared to accept our rules and lifestyle, then get out"
Any British MPs reading this?

Iran: can we take a chance?
We've been hearing of the "catastrophe" that will ensue should the Iranians ever make a Nuclear device ie: BOMB. But are we merely echoing the United States' paranoia, when we shake with fear at the prospect?
Shouldn't we remember that the Iranians are leading the world in Stem-cell research, and giving it's women "nose-jobs" on a regular basis. Yep, Iran is plastic-surgery mad, and wants to join the "Technology club" which we in the West enjoy.
Is it beyond the realms of belief to actually suppose that the Iranians REALLY want to have a Nuclear programme for peaceful purposes?
We must learn from history, and in particular the Cold war, when we were brain-washed into thinking that the Soviets were going to attack us at any minute. It transpires they had no real intention to, any more than Hitler was really going to invade England.
Can we take the chance that Iran will not try and obliterate Israel, or us ,if it had the means? Certainly the rhetoric coming from their President is not a good sign.
It is said that WWII could have been avoided if we had taken "measures" against Hitler and his thugs when they were perceived to be building up a vast army and armaments, in direct contravention of the treaty signed after the end of WWI. Britain stood by and watched this, doing nothing until after the invasion of Poland.
Should we idly stand by NOW and watch the next likely protagonists arming themselves for a possible conflagration?
We should take action only when we actually see the evidence for bomb-making. I hope that by that time it isn't too late.

My TV viewing..
I've been watching more TV than I usually do over the last three months. Now anyone who is in England will know of "Big Brother?"
I usually scorn such shows, and have previously only watched "celebrity BB" but this time, I'm watching this one, and really enjoying it!!
It is a perfect vehicle for the sociologist and dare I say; Psychiatrists and Psychologists!
People, with little understanding of any real-life, or people with no real brain at all will pour scorn on this show and belittle it, as I have seen on some of the Daft teletext comment pages, oh you assholes, shut your wrap if you have no clues what it is all about.
Watching the antics of people like Nikki Grahame is a killer, a real laugh, she is, a prima-donna all right, but I DO like her. Now to the serious stuff. I think that although the producers of this show are good at their jobs; they have occasionally gone right over the top, especially with Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace. If I might explain; the producers profess to keep the health of the housemates 'in mind at all times,' yet punish poor old Aisleyne in an extraordinarily cruel way, particularly when they made her choose one housemate (Jonathan) to leave "the house next door". To me, reducing a woman to tears is not good entertainment, and smacks of sadism.
Aisleyne is a good person, but highly sensitive and emotional. She is not self-centred, as the horrid Jennie implied (who can even understand WHAT Jennie is saying anyway, I barely understand what she says and have to use sub-titles)
Although BB is riveting stuff and addictive, I hope that the producers of this show next time, show a little more compassion towards the Housemates. I vote for Aisleyne to win this show, because she thinks everyone hates her, when many love her, and has endured severe provocation from not only the Silly Psychologists who advise on the format, and sadistic producers, but from Housemates who have very little idea what Aisleyne is really like, and constantly pick on her, primarily because they are jealous of her, or misunderstand her.
AISLEYNE TO WIN, and the thought of her being told she HAS, will be the summit of the show, and the highlight of the week for me and for many others.
( If she wins she'll be very tearful, I should imagine!)
*yawn* I WAS going to write about "Lost" but I'm too tired now; maybe tomorrow.

War War War
Everytime I turn the news on, all I'm hearing is more people killed in Afghanistan; more dead in Iraq; more in Israel; more in the Lebanon, WHAT IS the damn matter with these frigging people?
They need their heads banging together, or the the wrath of God to visit them or something.
I really dislike humanity sometimes.

Israelis :Murdering scum!
Israel now kills over sixty people in Qana, Lebanon, about thirty five of them women and children!! Is there no end to that country's barbarity, and a halt to the support for it by America?
The Israelis will find it hard to wriggle out of this one, but already have given a non-believable excuse for it. Saying that it was a legitimate target is hardly credible, and showing video from a drone plane which could have been shot anywhere, is laughable!
They "gave the civilians a warning to leave" they also say, but to go where? and how can they leave when all the bridges are blown-up and the roads full of bomb craters?
Some of the children murdered by this arrogant scum are, it was reported, disabled in any case, looked after by their mothers.
Israel, the rubbish pit of the world, also scored a direct hit on the building in which refugees were taking shelter.; let them even attempt to say it was all a "mistake" Yeah right, like it was a "mistake" when four UN observers were killed by them too no doubt. Israel holds the UN in contempt, as does it's bully-boy henchman in the USA.
It must be quite a relief for these critters to get rid of them from the country, then they hope that nobody can see what they are up to, and just how many of the Geneva conventions they are breaking.
